By a detailed order dated 18.12.2015, the applicants were protected by interim relief. The learned APP on instructions submitted that the applicants have attended the Investigating Officer and have co-operated with the process of investigation. She on instructions submitted that the custodial interrogation of the applicants is not required, however, the applicants may be directed to attend the Investigating Officer as and when required. In view of the above, the interim relief granted by order dated 18.12.2015 is hereby confirmed. The applicants are directed to attend the Investigating Officer as and when called for till the filing of chargesheet. Needless to mention that before calling the applicants to the Police station, the Investigating Officer shall issue a notice under Section 160 of Cr. P.C.
