The learned APP on instructions submitted that in pursuance of the order dated 18.12.2015 the applicants have attended the Investigating Officer and co-operated during the process of investigation. She further on instructions submitted that the custodial interrogation of the applicants is not necessary. In view of the same the interim relief granted by order dated 18.12.2015 is hereby confirmed.
2) The applicants are directed to attend the Investigating Officer as and when called for between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon till the filing of the charge sheet. It is needless to mention that before calling the applicants to the police station, the Investigating Officer shall issue a notice under Section-160 of the Criminal Procedure Code.
