1) The applicants are protected by an interim order dated 18.12.2015. The learned APP, on instructions, submitted that the applicants have attended the Investigating Officer on the stipulated dates and have joined the process of investigation. She further, on instructions, submitted that the custodial interrogation of the applicants is not necessary as the applicants are the in-laws of the complainant. She submitted that the son of the applicant namely Vicky Dilip Sahijsinghani is not traceable and as per her instructions the applicants may be knowing the whereabouts of their son and therefore the applicants may be directed to attend the Investigating Officer as and when called for.
2) In view of the above, the interim relief granted by an order
2 /2 10-ABA-1905-2015.doc dated 18.12.2015 is hereby confirmed.
3) The applicants shall attend the Investigating Officer as and when called for between 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon for the purpose of investigation. It is needless to mention that before calling the applicants to the police station, the concerned police officer shall issue a notice under section 160 of Cr.P.C.
