The applicant herein who is arrested in Crime No.277 of 2015 registered at Loni Kalbhor Police Station, Pune was granted temporary bail vide order dated 11th December, 2015 for a period of 7 days in view of sickness of his father. Mr. Sarda, the learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the father of the applicant has expired. He has placed on record death certificate at page 9 and has prayed for extension of temporary bail for further 15 days. The learned counsel for the applicant has stated that though the applicant has sought temporary bail for 15 days he would surrender on 31st

In view of the reasons stated in application and considering the fact that the father of the applicant has expired, the temporary bail granted vide order dated 11th December, 2015 is extended on the same bonds and same conditions as stipulated in paragraph 5(ii) & (iii). The applicant shall surrender on 31st December, 2015 before the jail authorities before 5 p.m.

In view of the order passed in Criminal Application No.1055 of 2015, the Bail Application No.2425 of 2015 is adjourned to 15th January, 2015.
