1. Heard learned APP appearing for the State.

2. Perused the application dated 07.11.2017 filed by the Petitioner. The grievance of the Petitioner is that he should be produced on all the dates of hearing of his trial. The Petitioner has stated in his application that there is an apprehension on the part of the authorities that he might abscond if he is taken to the Court on all dates; therefore the authorities have not taken him for hearing on the respective dates.

3. The grievance can be redressed by directing the competent authorities / jail authorities to take the Petitioner to the Court on all the effective dates of hearing in respect of his trial, if the same is not yet concluded.

4. With the above directions, Writ Petition stands disposed of.
