By this petition, the petitioner is aggrieved by the non registration of the FIR on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 25th April 2018 as against the companies i.e. Himbjs Holidays Pvt. Ltd., I-Tech Eye Consumer Electronic Pvt. Ltd., Spartan Computers Pvt. Ltd., Himbjs Construction Pvt. Ltd., 1/3

Mridhuhari Trade and Industries Ltd., Shimbjs Automobile Pvt. Ltd. and Highlight Cosmetics Pvt. Ltd.

Learned A.P.P submits that an FIR was registered by one of the depositors as against the very same persons, vide C.R. No. 20/2014 with the Economic Offences Wing (`EOW'), Unit-8, Mumbai.

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the same. The grievance of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the petitioners' statements were not recorded in C.R. No.20/2014 by the Investigating Officer of EOW. On the last date, in view of the statement made by learned A.P.P that 173(8) was kept open and that the statements of the witnesses i.e. the petitioners would be recorded, time was granted.

Today, we are informed that out of 445 persons, the Investigating Officer has recorded statements of almost 348 depositors. Learned counsel for the petitioners does not dispute the same.

Learned A.P.P states that the Investigating Officer will file supplementary charge-sheet in the said case i.e. in C.R. No. 20/2014 within eight weeks from today. Statement accepted. Since the grievance of the petitioners has been redressed, nothing survives for further consideration in this petition.

Accordingly, petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
