Heard the learned Advocate appointed to represent the accused and the learned APP for the Respondent-State. The learned APP, on instructions, submitted that the Applicant has been granted bail by the Honourable Supreme Court on 28th March, 2018. He tenders on record a photo-copy of the said Order dated 28th March, 2018.

In view thereof, the present Application does not survive and is accordingly disposed off.
