1] This is an application under Section 438 of Code of Criminal Procedure for transit anticipatory bail. 2] The applicants are apprehending their arrest in Crime No.82 of 2022 registered at Women's Police Station, Asandh, Dist. Karnal, Haryana for the ofences punishable under Sections 323, 498A, 406, 354, 377 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (IPC).

3] The learned counsel for the applicants pointed out the notice issued to the present applicants under Section 41 (1) of Code of Criminal Procedure asking them to attend the concerned Police Station on 30 November 2022 at 11:00 1/3

2/3 a.m. The learned counsel for the applicants submits that a limited protection be granted to the applicants to appear before the concerned investigating ofcer in response to the notice and to approach the jurisdictional court for anticipatory bail.

4] I have perused the Notice issued under Section 41(1) of Cr.P.C. Prima facie, the basic reason for lodging of the complaint appears to be matrimonial dispute between the parties. Considering this fact, I am inclined to protect the applicants by releasing them on transit anticipatory bail for a period of four weeks. In the result, the following order is passed:

O R D E R

A] Application is allowed.

B] In the event of arrest of the applicants in Crime No.82 of 2022 registered at Women's Police Station, Asandh, Dist. Karnal, Haryana for the ofences punishable under Sections 323, 498A, 406, 354, 377 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, they shall be released on bail on execution of P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each 2/3

3/3 with one or two sureties in the like amount for a period of four weeks.

C] The protection granted to the applicants shall come to an end after expiry of four weeks from today. During the said period of four weeks, the applicants shall approach the jurisdictional court for appropriate relief. [N.R.BORKAR, J.] 3/3
