The learned counsel appearing for the Respondent on instructions of the Respondent states that there is no intention on the part of the Respondent of alienating the flat described on Page 2 of this Application. He states that in any case, the flat stands in the joint names.

We accept the said statement and we dispose of the Application by passing the following order:

Till final disposal of the Appeal, we restrain the Respondent husband from alienating the said flat and from creating any third party interests in respect of the said flat in any manner whatsoever without seeking express leave of the Court.
