1] By the present Application, delay of 19 days in filing the Criminal Revision Application is sought to be condoned, by the Applicant. 2] Heard the learned counsel for the Applicants, the learned APP for the State and perused the Application.
The Revision Application is filed by the informant and victim girl seeking enhancement of the sentence imposed upon Respondent No.2 by the Special Judge, in POCSO Special Case No.1425/2021. 3] In the Application, it is stated that the Applicants approached the Legal Services Authority and it is only upon the counsel being 1/2
(15)IA-4494-2022.doc appointed, Revision Application is filed. Having no financial resource is also sought to be projected as a ground for approaching Legal Services Authority.
I find sufficient justification in the Application and for the reasons stated in the Application, Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) by condoning delay of 19 days. Interim Application stands disposed off.
