Perused the order dated 18th December, 2015. On that day, a statement was made by the learned counsel for the applicant/accused on the basis of instruction that as of today amount of Rs. 9 lacs is to be paid to the complainant and the applicant/ accused is ready and willing to deposit the said amount with the Registry of the Court within a week.

The learned prosecutor submits that till today no such amount is paid and the applicant/accused has sought extension from 1 / 2

3-aba-1909-2015..doc time to time. She also submits that on 10th March, 2016 the applicant/accused was directed to deposit Rs. 4 lacs but he has not deposited till today.

Today when the matter was called out, none present for the applicant. Hence, the anticipatory bail application stands dismissed. The interim protection granted earlier to the applicant/ accused stands vacated.
