Learned Counsel for the applicants invited my attention to the order dated 7th September, 2018 passed by this Court. The operative order reads thus :-

O R D E R

(i) In the event of arrest of the applicants in connection with non -bailable warrant issued by the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Indore in Case No.38623/2016, the applicants be released on bail on their

DDR 2 9. cri. appp.1407-18.doc furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- each with one or more surety in the like amount by each of them. (ii) The applicants are directed to furnish their permanent addresses to the Senior Inspector of Police of Charkop Police Station, Mumbai.

(iii) This interim protection is granted for a period of eight weeks with a view to enable the applicants seek appropriate relief before the competent Court. 2.

Learned Counsel for the applicants invited my attention to the averments made in the application. For the reasons mentioned in the application, I am inclined to extend interim protection granted in Clause (iii) of the operative order passed on 7th September, 2018 by a further period of four weeks from today.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
