Mr. Pandian, appears for the Respondent. Mr. Pandian submitted that there are no sufficient reasons given in the Civil Application.

The Civil Application is for condonation of delay of 150 days in filing the First Appeal. By this First Appeal, the Applicant is challenging the judgment and order dated 29th February, 2016 passed by learned Railway Claims Tribunal, Mumbai by which, claim of Applicant was dismissed.

The reason given in the application for delay in filing the First Appeal is that Applicant is poor and illiterate person and delay was Sonali

For the reasons set out in the Civil Application and in the facts and circumstances of this case, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
