Learned counsel for petitioners submits that he does not have instructions any more from petitioners who have stopped reporting.

Counsel appearing for respondent No. 3 and learned A.P.P invited our attention to order dated 18th January 2017. By that order, we have permitted investigation to go on, but filing of charge-sheet has been stayed.
