This Petition challenges the order dated 8th November 2017 passed by the Appellate Bench of the Small Causes Court, Mumbai, below Exhibits 44 and 48 in Revision Application No.237 of 2015 in Exhibit no.42 in R.A.E.Suit No.965/1427/2010. The Appellate Bench of the Small Causes Court has rejected the two applications and directed the parties to argue the Revision Application on the next date without fail. 3.

Although this Petition has been filed challenging the said order on 4th December 2017, it does not appear to have been circulated even once nor there is any order of this Court staying the impugned order.
