After arguing the matter for some time when this Court was not inclined to grant reliefs in this application, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw this application. It is further submitted that the applicant is residing at Udaypur, Rajasthan, and, he may be granted two weeks to surrender before the investigating officer. In view of the
