This is an application for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the respondents in CR No.I596/2014 registered with Mahatma Phule Chowk Police Station, Kalyan District Thane by the learned Ad-hoc District Judge-1 and Additional Sessions Judge, Kalyan in Anticipatory Bail Application No. 768/2014 by its order dated 4.12.2014. 2.

The learned APP. on telephonic instructions from Mr.Pol, ASI attached to Mahatma Phule Chowk Police Station, Kalyan submitted that after completion of investigation the police have submitted "C-Summary" report before the Court of Competent jurisdiction.

In view thereof, the present application for cancellation of anticipatory bail does not survive and is accordingly disposed off.
