Heard respective counsels for respondent Nos.1 and 2 and 3. It is pointed out that as observed by this Court in its order dated 22/11/2018 the petitioner has already moved appropriate application before the State Commission and the State Commission has asked the petitioner to produce evidence of her title and the application is to be considered on 8/2/2019. 2.

In this situation, without observing anything on merits of controversy we continue ad-interim orders till adjudication of that application by the State Commission. The parties to cooperate with the State Forum in expeditious consideration of the controversy and the State Commission shall attempt to complete verification and pass suitable orders as per law within next 3 months after 8/2/2019. 3.

Interim order continued by us today shall be subject to that order of the Tribunal. Accordingly, we dispose of the writ petition. (REVATI MOHITE DERE, J.) (B. P. DHARMADHIKARI, J.)
