1. Heard learned APP appearing for the State.

2. The grievance of the Petitioner in his application dated 07.11.2017 was against the Government Pleader and the Police Prosecutor for the reasons mentioned in the application. The Petitioner had sought their withdrawal from conducting the Petitioner's case before the Trial court.

3. Learned APP has submitted a report dated 16.06.2022 prepared by the Additional Central Jail, Thane which states that the Petitioner after completion of his trial stands acquitted and released from prison since 18.06.2019. The report is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

4. In view of the above, the grievance of the Petitioner does not subsist. Hence, Writ Petition stands disposed of.
