Just by way of abundant caution and in the interest of justice, I had requested learned APP to ask the investigating ofÏcer to intimate the applicant about pending criminal application. Learned APP on instructions submits that the applicant is not residing at the address given in the cause title. The enquiries were made with the neighbourers about the whereabouts of the applicant, however, he could not get any further information about the whereabouts of the applicant. In such circumstances, it appears that the applicant is not interested in prosecuting this application. 2.
