DATE :- 07 NOVEMBER, 2017 P. C. :- The above petitions take exception to the interim orders of liquidation dated 02/12/2016 passed by the Assistant Registrar of Co-
3 WP 2309-17 @ Others.doc-18 Operative Societies, South Solapur. The learned Counsel for the petitioners in all the above petitions states that he has no instructions as to whether final order of liquidation of the petitioner - Societies has been passed or not. Assuming that the interim orders of liquidation are still in operation and considering the fact that the petitioners had the opportunity to represent against the said interim orders of liquidation, it is not necessary to keep the above petitions pending. The above petitions are accordingly disposed of by keeping the contentions of the petitioners open insofar as the final orders of liquidation are concerned for being urged in appropriate proceedings.
