For the reasons mentioned in the above Civil Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayers clauses (a) and (b). The amendment in respect of the Respondent No.1 be carried out in the course of the week. The Applicants are also allowed to serve the Respondent Nos.3 and 4 in the Writ Petition by paper publication in local newspaper i.e. Fress Press Journal and Navshakti and file affidavit of service within a period of 6 weeks. Amendment to be carried out within course of the present week. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.

After amendment being carried out issue notice to the Respondents in Writ Petition No.7062 of 2016 and Civil Application No.1517 mmj
