1.

By this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the Petitioner is seeking direction to Respondent No.5 to register an FIR against Respondent No.3. The Petitioner in this regard had also filed complaints with Respondent No.5. Those complaints were looked into. Preliminary enquiry was conducted and police came to the conclusion that no cognizable offence has been committed by Respondent No3. The Petitioner was informed about the result of enquiry. In these circumstances, the Petitioner has alternative remedy of approaching the Magistrate for appropriate reliefs. In that view of the matter we are not inclined to entertain this writ petition. Hence, writ petition is dismissed.
