P.C. :- P.C. :- The above Petition has been filed for taking cognizance of the complaints mentioned in the above Petition. Amongst the complaints, is the complaint dated 30.8.2014. The learned APP Mr. Yagnik points out that the said complaints were looked into and vide letter dated 14.12.2014 of the PSI, Vishram Baug Police Station, the the Petitioner was communicated the outcome of the enquiry into the said complaints. It was communicated to the Petitioner that the complaints made by him have been filed. The said communication was sent to the Petitioner by R.P.A.D. On the A.D. Card a signature appears of a person who has received the said communication. Shivgan

* 2/2 * 13-WP-5087-2014.doc Notwithstanding the same, the Sub Inspector of Police, Vishrambag Police Station, Pune has once again vide letter dated 25.9.2017 communicated the Petitioner of the outcome of the enquiry into the complaints made by the Petitioner which as indicated above included the complaint dated 30.8.2014. In view of the said communications as referred to here-in-before, there is now no warrant to issue any direction of the nature sought by the Petitioner. Having regard to the said communications, it would be open for the Petitioner to take appropriate recourse in law. With the aforesaid observations, the Writ Petition is dismissed.
