The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the Petition with liberty to pursue representation made by him before the Revenue Minister. However, he submits that interim order passed by this Court may be continued. On the other hand, the learned AGP on behalf of the State submits that the Petitioner, may be allowed to withdraw the Petition since he has filed the representation. However, he submitted that interim order passed by this court may be vacated. The petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to apply to the Revenue Minister.
