Heard. The learned senior counsel for the Appellant submits that they are not pressing any relief against Respondent Nos.3 to 5. Hence, it is not necessary to serve them. Statement is accepted. 2.

By this Appeal from Order, the Appellant is challenging the order dated 16/10/2014 passed by the Bombay City Civil Court, Mumbai in Notice of Motion No.2672/2014 declining to grant adinterim relief. Basavraj G Patil 1/2

The learned senior counsel for the Appellant makes a statement that they will not press Chamber Summons No.542/2015 till hearing and final disposal of the Notice of Motion No. 2672/2014.

By consent of both the parties i.e. Appellant as well as Respondent Nos.1 and 2 following order is passed without giving any reasons.

a.

Hearing of the Notice of Motion No.2672/2014 is expedited.

b.

This court expects that the Trial Court would dispose of the Notice of Motion finally on or before 31/08/2015 without being influenced by earlier order dated 16/10/2014.

c.

Both the parties are directed to complete their pleadings in any case on or before 30/06/2015.

d.

With these directions the Appeal from Order stands disposed off.

Consequently, the Civil Application, if any stands dismissed as infructuous.
