The award against the appellant is in the amount of Rs.6,02,806/- with interest at the rate of 7% . The appellant was the sole opponent. Subject to the amount awarded with accrued interest being deposited on or before 31st August 2017, there will be a stay on execution. In default, execution will proceed and the Appeal will be dismissed without further reference to the Court. 2.

On deposit, the original claimants are at liberty to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited without furnishing any security or 18th July 2017

The amount of statutory deposit is also to be transferred to the MACT, Pune and will also be invested in a fixed deposit with any nationalized bank.
