1] By an Order dated 5th December 2017, the applicant was granted interim relief.

2] Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned APP. Perused the record of investigation.

3] The record indicates that, the allegation against the applicant is that, he had accepted Rs.90,000/- from the first informant on behalf of Police with a view to save co-accused Nasir Ansari and defalcated it. It appears that the said allegation is an exaggerated version without any substance in it. It further reveals that the applicant has no role to play in the present crime.
