The Writ Petition was disposed of by an order dated 10th May, 2013. Thereafter, the above Civil Application is fled in 2015 for the following relief :- "(a) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to permit the Applicant to submit regularization proposal after removing all defects raised in order of Corporation within 6 months and time be granted for resubmitting the proposal of regularization and until then the Applicant be protected from any coercive action including demolition of their building. "

After disposal of the Writ Petition the relief as sought would not survive. The above Civil Application is therefore dismissed with liberty to the Petitioner to take out appropriate proceedings, if so advised.
