It is not in dispute that the petitioner has already filed a Revision Application bearing No.RTS/PUNE/R/747/2012 against the order dated 23rd July, 2012 before the respondent no.2 and the same is still pending. In my view, interest of justice would be met with if the said Revision Application bearing No.RTS/PUNE/R/747/2012 is decided expeditiously. The respondent no.2 shall decide the said revision application within eight weeks from the date of the first hearing and in accordance with law after complying with the principles of natural justice.

The petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent no.2 on 6th August, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. without fail and shall not seek any adjournment.

The writ petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
