The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that during the pendency of the Petition an order of eviction has been passed by the Estate Officer. If that be so, the Petitioner can adopt appropriate statutory remedy to challenge that order. Hence, by granting liberty to the Petitioner to adopt appropriate remedy and by keeping all the contentions of the Petitioner on merits open, the Petition is disposed of. (C.V. BHADANG, J ) (A.S.
