Learned counsel for the Applicant has submitted that in spite of order dated 30.7.2014 passed by this Court the trial is not concluded. It is submitted that since trial has been commenced and about four witnesses are examined, he is making a limited request of making it time bound.

In view of the submission canvassed and the learned APP having informed that about three more witnesses are required to be examined, the application is disposed of with direction to the Court of Sessions seized with NDPS Special Case No.65 of 2014 to proceed with the said case practically on day to day basis saving just exceptions and complete the trial in any event by 31.3.2015.
