1) This is an application for extension of time to furnish sureties. By an order dated 18.7.2017 the applicant was directed to be released on cash bail for a period of 4-weeks and to comply with the procedure for furnishing sureties within the said period. The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant has already furnished the sureties and the process of verification is completed. It is further submitted that further process of acceptance of sureties is yet to be completed and it may take about three weeks time to complete the same. In view of the above, time to furnish sureties is extended by 4weeks from today. (A.S.GADKARI, J.) 1/1
