Learned Counsel for the Applicant has moved this application for restoration of the appeal. He has also prayed for condonation of delay in filing this application. He submits that the appeal was dismissed for want of compliance of the order dated 18.4.2015. He submits that he is ready to comply with the order of payment of bhatta charges on furnishing copies to the Registry.
