By this civil application, the Applicants are seeking restoration of First Appeal No. 986 of 2015, which stands dismissed in view of the conditional order for non-filing of the private private book.

Learned counsel for Respondent No.3 submits that the First Appeal itself disposed of finally on its own merits vide order dated 2nd November, 2018 and, therefore, nothing survives in the present civil application.
