Heard. In this contempt petition the Petitioner alleges that the Respondent violated the consent terms dated 22/08/2014 filed in case No.252/SS/2014 in the court of learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 72nd Court at Vikhroli, Mumbai.

After hearing some time, the learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the contempt petition, as he has already initiated 138 proceedings in respect of dishonour of cheque. Permission granted.
