I have heard the learned counsel for the contesting respondent i.e. respondent no.1 and have perused the averments made in the civil application.

The applicant has made out a case for publishing a notice of the writ petition in marathi newspaper "Loksatta" having circulation in Thane District in respect of opponent no.4. Notice shall be published within four weeks from today and affidavit of service shall be filed before the next date.

Civil application is disposed of in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
