Learned APP submits that in the present case charge has been framed against the accused. Learned counsel for the applicant upon instructions fairly submits that in view of this, she would not press the application at this stage and prays for expeditious trial. The prayer can be granted in the interest of justice. 2.

The Additional Sessions Judge, Greater Mumbai seized with Sessions Case No. 289/2014 is requested make an endevour to expedite the trial as far as possible.

The Learned APP submits that the charge is framed against the accused in the month of August, 2014. The next schedule date for recording evidence of the witnesses is 07th March 2015. The Learned Sessions Judge is requested make an endeavor to conclude the recording of evidence, as far as possible, within 10 months from the date of receipt of this order. (SMT. SADHANA S.
