Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners submit that an application for regularisation has already been filed. We direct the Corporation to decide the said application on its own merits and communicate the said decision to the Petitioners within four weeks. Till then the Petitioners and Respondent shall maintain status-quo as on today.

In case the decision is adverse to the Petitioners the same shall not be given effect for a period of one week from the date of receipt of the Corporation's decision by the Petitioners. All
