DATE :- 3RD MAY, 2018 P. C. :- The learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the Appellate Court i.e. the Sessions Court has already passed an order for return of the muddemal property. If that be so, it is for the Petitioner to proceed on the said basis by producing the order before the trial Court before whom the will in question is filed. We, therefore, do not deem it fit to exercise our writ jurisdiction. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
