By this Civil Application, the applicant/respondent seeks to withdraw the maintenance amount deposited by the petitioner in this Court in pursuance of order dated 07/04/2015. There is no reason to deny such relief.

Accordingly, the Civil Application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). The Registry to permit withdrawal as expeditiously as possible.
