Heard. Petition is filed for transfer of investigation into the subject CR. Upon hearing learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner and on perusal of the petition, we find that grievance of the Petitioner is mainly against Respondent No. 6 who was investigating the said CR. Learned APP, on instructions, states that Respondent No. 6 is no more in charge of the said CR and said CR is being investigated by API Hanmant M. Kshirsagar of Charkop Police Station. In view of the statement, we do not find any justification to entertain the petition and the same is accordingly dismissed. However, we direct that the investigation of the subject CR shall be supervised by the ACP of Malwani division.
