Learned Senior Counsel for the Petitioner submits that, he will be preferring an Appeal within 60 days and the 60 days period is expiring on 23rd December 2018. Till then and thereafter, if any order is passed in the said Appeal against the Petitioner, for a further period of 6 weeks, Respondent be directed not to take any coercive action against the Petitioner. It is informed by learned Senior Counsel for the Petitioner as well as learned counsel for the Respondent that, C.J.I.T.-1 is at present not sitting and, therefore, it is directed that the matter may be taken up by C.J.I.T.-2.
