The Petitioner who was working as Stenographer (Lower Grade) with Respondent No.1 has taken voluntary retirement from 1 May 2021. On 11 January 2023, upon recommendations of the Committee constituted by this Court, the existing pay scales of the staff working in the establishment of the High Court were revised. 3.

We are informed that the process of actual disbursement is taking place and the matter is at the level of verification. This

skn 2 43-WP-14853.2023.doc petition is filed seeking a direction that the Petitioner's individual case be expedited due to his medical condition for which certificates have been placed on record.

We note that the revision of pay scales was for the entire staff. Resolution is already passed. Now it is the actual disbursement which will have to be carried out by the Government of Maharashtra.

Accordingly, we direct that this petition be placed before the State of Maharashtra as representation to consider whether the Petitioner's case can be expedited taking out an individual case, if so permissible. Respondent Nos.1 and 2 will also look into the issue. 6.

Writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
