P.C.:- 1) Learned APP on instructions from Mr. Patil, API, HSG-II, EOW, Mumbai submitted that, after completion of investigation of present crime i.e. M.E.C.R. No.419 of 2015, the investigating Agency reached to the conclusion that, the dispute between the parties is of civil nature and/or there is no substance in the contention of the Respondent No.2 and therefore have submitted "C-Summary Report" in the Court of Metropolitan Magistrate 47th Court, Esplanade, Mumbai on 18th September, 2021 and the same has been accepted.
