The limited prayer of the petitioner in this petition is that the revision application filed by the petitioner which is pending before the State Government be expedited.

Learned AGP states that this Court may pass appropriate order as may be deemed fit and necessary.

The Revisional Authority shall decide the revision application filed by the petitioner on 11/7/2019 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt thereof.

The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms, with no order as to costs.
