P.C:- This petition is filed for quashing FIR No.194 of 2013 lodged at Turbhe Police Station. The petition is filed on 11 December 2013 and is pending since then. Last order is of 24 June 2014 granting leave to amend.

Thereafter, when the petition came up on board, none appeared for the Petitioners. The learned APP states that perhaps the dispute is settled between the parties and a charge-sheet is filed.

6. wp4523-13.doc Considering these facts and circumstances, at this stage, after seven years when the petition is not being prosecuted, we are not inclined to exercise the writ jurisdiction. The Petitioners can approach to the trial court for necessary orders in case the dispute is settled. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of keeping the contentions of the Petitioners open.
