The Petitioner has preferred an application for parole in the year 2013 on the ground of illness of his wife. The said application for parole came to be rejected. Appeal preferred by the Petitioner also came to be dismissed. Now the Petitioner is seeking parole. 2.
As seen from the case of the Petitioner, his wife was ill in the year 2013, hence, the Petitioner has sought parole. Now we are in 1/2 WP-4524-13.doc
the year 2015. In case the wife of the Petitioner is ailing at present, liberty to the Petitioner to prefer a fresh application for parole on that ground or any other ground, if so exists. The said application to be disposed of by the concerned authorities as expeditiously as possible.
