The learned Counsel appearing for petitioner agreed that post Recovery Certificate issued under Section 101 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, account could be furnished to the petitioner. After looking into the same, the petitioner would take appropriate decision.

The petitioner has prayed for settlement of accounts and for other reliefs.

Learned Counsel appearing for the Bank has agreed that the
