P.C. :
So far as apprehension raised in this public interest litigation with regard to the threat perspective and security if the parking facility is allowed under the Flyover Bridges, the problem seems to have been addressed, since it is made No Parking Zone. The same has to be implemented by the authorities like Traffic Department and the Municipal Corporation. So far as other
skn 2/2 18.14-pil.sxw problems and the reliefs sought in the petition with regard to proper parking arrangement in the city of Mumbai, there cannot be generalization that there is no parking mechanism at all in the city of Mumbai. If there is any failure or deficiency at any particular place, it is open to the petitioner to point out specific instances so that the authorities concerned i.e. Municipal Corporation and the Traffic Police can address the said problems. 2.
We dispose of this petition by opining that the petitioner is at liberty to address such deficiency or complication, if any, with reference to a particular area or locality to the Municipal Corporation as well as Traffic Police. In case no action is taken by the authorities concerned, the petitioner is always at liberty to approach this Court. (N.M. JAMDAR, J.) CHIEF JUSTICE
